Description :
This is dish made of rice and curd with some seasoning . This simple dish is good to your digestive system too. Its very simple to make Dhainya sheet.
Ingredients:
2 cups of boiled rice ,
1 cup of curd
half cup of milk
half cup of pomogranate seeds(optional).
Salt to taste.
For Seasoning:
1 teaspoon mustard seeds,
1 teaspoon sesame seeds,
4-5 curry leaves/Kadi patta,
2 red chillies.
1 greenchilly finely chopped.
1 teaspoon cooking oil.
Method :
- Mix together rice ,curd ,milk and salt. Add pomogranates to this.
- For seasoning: Heat a oil in a seasoning pan, add mustard seeds ,when they start spluttering add sesame ,curry leaves and red chilliesand green chilly.Close the heat.
- Add this to the rice and curd mixture.
Serve during lunch with Losne chutney
