Description
This is another konkani randayi which is known for its digestive powers .It helps relieve stomach upsets and also tastes good.The main ingredients are pepper and cummin seeds.
1 cup of scraped coconut,
1-teaspoon Zeera/cummin seeds,
1- teaspoon pepper corns,
2-3 red chillies,
An inch of tamarind,
a pinch of Hing/Asafoedita,
1-teaspoon Ghee/cooking Oil
Salt to taste.

Method
- Step1-Heat a pan and add ghee/cooking oil, add peppercorns,zeera,hing,red chillies,tamarind,Fry them for a minute.Add
- coconut and fry for another minute.Cool the mixture.
- Step2- Grind the mixture to a fine paste .
- Step3-Pour the mixture to a pan and add 1 1/2 cups of water,Salt to taste.Bring it to boil.
Serves 4.Serve hot with brown/white rice.
